[android-developers] release build fails due to renderscript.opt.level

Seeing this build failure when doing a release build:

c:\dev\google\android\android-sdk_r20\tools\ant\build.xml:641: '${renderscript.opt.level}' is not a
permitted value for com.android.ant.RenderScriptTask$OptLevel

Some suggestions have been to add the renderscript.opt.level property to the project's ant.properties file.  This hasn't worked for me.

Any tips?
