[android-developers] App Review Question

Hi Google Android team

Our app (Expense Manager) has overall 4.6 rating. But there is a spam bad review on the top of review page for more than a couple of weeks now (and there is no way we can respond to it). This review damages the reputation of the app. Even if the review did represent one of the real users' review, why it stayed there for so long and would not rotate to other reviews?

Please help us to fix the problem. Thanks in advance.
