[android-developers] [Issue] Android diplays wrong system time

Hi all,

I am meeting an issue while developing ICS the android phone.
After factory reset, the phone displays system time wrong. This is the CDMA phone, so that the phone can update its system time from its network. However, the phone display the time that belongs to another timezone (in UK).

I cannot find where I can fix this issues,
Please give me some advices.
