[Rails] Removing session element

Hello All,

I have an array:-

session[:new] = Array.new

session[:new] = [1, 2, 3, 4]   - I am keeping these object ids in session.

I want to delete one id from the session - as session[:new] = [1, 2, 3]

How to delete one of the ids ?
