[Rails] I have done my first open source project, star rating gem for rails apps

Hello,

Along back I've been developing my very first open source project and finally decided to publish it. It is a star rating system for rails applications. It works basically like the other systems but I used different javascript plugin and added some other features such as ability to re-rate user's ratings, support for long IDs of users etc etc

I had some difficulties doing tests but hopefully I will finish them soon.

I would also like to mention that I'm not a professional, I turned 17 recently.

I would appreciate any comments & feedback.
