i did not generate BarCode for android,but when i generete in some other language,i just sent text with code to TextBox,and import EANCODE  13 Font in that textBox.And it shown code like you show on picture...SO try like that-Just send code on textBox,and try importing that font on your project...Sorry ,becouse i do not have code to send-i just try to help  teoreticly :)
