[Rails] [ANN] Rails 3.2.14.rc1 has been released!
Hi everyone,
I am happy to announce that Rails 3.2.14.rc1 has been released. If no regressions are found I will release 3.2.14 final final this Thursday, on July 11, 2013. If you find one, please [Open an Issue on GitHub](https://github.com/rails/rails/issues/new) and mention me on it, so that I can fix it before the final release.

*Action Pack*
* Merge `:action` from routing scope and assign endpoint if both `:controller`
and `:action` are present. The endpoint assignment only occurs if there is
no `:to` present in the options hash so should only affect routes using the
shorthand syntax (i.e. endpoint is inferred from the the path).
