Authorization throwing a notFound exception

I have created a custom authorize component as per the book (I have some very complex permissions that are pulled from existing data sources).

Everything works as planned, however whenever the component returns false (access not allowed), I get the following output:

You are not authorized to access that location.

Error: The requested address '/xxx/yyy' was not found on this server.

I'm not throwing a NotFoundException anywhere. Is this expected? Is there something I can do to suppress the "Not found" message?

Regards
