ah right there it is! But it should not be in the section on compiling and debugging, it should be mentioned in the deployment guide because that is the logical place to search on how to deploy a GWT application.

It's in the section about compilation because that's where the output of the compiler (*.nocache.js and *.cache.*) is explained; but I agree there should at least be a link to that section from the "Deploying" page. Patches welcome ;-)
