You're not rational. You show this on a daily basis in this newsgroup.

I had a "little spat" with him for like a decade and it didn't effect him. You have a little spat and with him and now he's gone?

I'm not positive now what this last dustup was about. It may even have been totally unrelated to his decision to stop posting to newsgroups.

You allude to the use of "control tactics"... I'm not sure what you mean. Is outlining an alternate viewpoint using control tactics?

Why don't you pick up the phone and call him? If you don't make the effort that's on you and shows you can't handle rejection. Are you too afraid to tell him how much you miss him and how much you need the communication with him?

Don't be such a fucking pussy, Walter... I feel like Mike Ehrmantraut talking to you. :>)For me that show was never about crystal blue persuasion. You struggle so hard with that and I get sick pleasure out of knowing how much you do.

If Kris rejects your offering, that's on him. You can be at peace with your ugly, balding, obstinate, less than open but in good physical shape, self. :>)

"I'm not positive now what this last dustup was about. It may even have been totally unrelated to his decision to stop posting to newsgroups."

My guess is that it's totally unrelated but it's certainly my preference to try and blame you and make you feel guilty for as long as possible. :P

"Is outlining an alternate viewpoint using control tactics?"

A better alternative to Gibbscam is Featurecam. Process based programming, like Gibbscam is, isn't as fast a Feature based programming is and never will be. Have you ever been open to trying alternatives like Featurcam... fuck no. Have you ever been open to CAM automation... fuck no. You claimed it was easier to enter tool info, etc. every fucking time you created a part program. It isn't and neither is all the repetitive shit you have to do in Process based CAM programming. You could never wrap your head around their being something very wrong with having to do repetitive and monotonous bullshit in CADCAM or that it equals really bad CADCAM program design.

There is a big price to pay for just accepting and making the best of what you have... your brain dies, you lose the ability to see what the big picture should be and your creativity suffers. You're not alone. If fact you're in very good company.

No religion at all.

Redistribution is wrone because it involves taking value from people who
create it without their consent and giving it to others who didn't
create it and don't deserve it.

If someone chooses to give to charity, that's his business. It is not
your business to compel anyone to give to others.

Interesting that the big jump in that disparity happened during the
Clinton administration from 1996 through 2000. Then it fell off from
2000 to 2003 when it started climbing again reaching a peak in 2007 when
the recession come into play.

There is no biblical passage in which Jesus told everyone to give away
everything. There is one minor story in which he said to one rich
person, who was seeking salvation, that he should give away everything
and follow him (Jesus.)

The key point is that Jesus did not tell anyone to petition Caesar (the
government) to redistribute someone else's money. He also didn't
suggest that anyone give away his money and belongings because the other
person wanted them.

These lying sophomoric atheists simply don't know what they're talking
about, as usual.

It can be a tough concept for those unacquainted with charity. It would
be fascinating and enlightening to see these preachers' Schedule A.

What seems to be the tougher concept for leftists is the basics of
private property.

Bullshit. Government agents, favoring one class of citizens - the
unproductive parasite class - seize value from another class - the
producers - and give it to the parasites. That's not "giving to
ourselves" - *I* am not getting any benefit out of the "transaction."

There is no ethically valid rationale for government agents to take
value, by threat of force, from productive people in order to it to
deadbeats.

Dood, this is a Consumer Society: production is a matter of permission
to market consumables. Supply Side economix was s'posed to fix this
but didn't.

Tom,

I have to figure out what the expected shedding of a brush might be (for
a maintenance document).

It's a commercially available rotary scrubber 2" diameter, with 0.016"
nylon fill (no specs except diameter), fused tufts in a polypropylene
disc, each tuft about 0.875" long. So, pretty stiff.

They'll be rubbing on the surface of a 40-mesh stainless steel screen,
and the material being screened is not abrasive.

In the action of scrubbing on that screen, each bristle will deflect no
more than about 10 degrees from its attachment, and the brush will
oscillate slowly, so they will deflect both ways about 10 degrees. (at
the tip, bending uniformly over their length, I expect).

There's only enough pressure on the brush to ensure that it keeps the
holes in the screen clear of gummy stuff which blinds it rapidly -- maybe
as much as 8 ounces of down-pressure (but I think that's meaningless
unless you know how many bristles, how densely tufted, etc... and I don't
know those things).

We sized the screen openings so the bristles cannot fall through if they
shed, to keep lost filaments out of the product stream. Wear particles
are not a problem, even if they go through.

We have the option to "break them in" before installation, if that would
be wise.

I told the customer I guessed the filaments would wear out in length
before they began to shed; but I'd like to confirm, and figure out some
sort of estimation on their life or wear rate.

Thanks, Tom.
Lloyd

Maybe I'm not aware of how mesh sizes are measured, but 1/40 = 0.025",
so a 0.016" nylon bristle would seem to go through it.

Yeah, try to get all the critical info to Mr. Brush Engineer.

Got nylon magnets? (Sorry, couldn't resist.)

That's the same SWAG I'd make. Tawm'll probably know, or at least be
able to direct you to the info, though. Um, unless they're Chiwanese
brushes. In that case, he's likely to "Gibbs" you upside the haid.

You can start with heat trace tape and insulation for safety - Or
convert the sprinkler system over to a Dry Standpipe system with
compressed air in the pipes and a little dedicated Wob-L-Piston
compressor, then all you have to worry about is the Fire Water risers
and the water charging valve, and water mains freezing on you.

But for the machines you want to keep them above the dew point, I'd
say 45 or 50F. As others have mentioned, that's not the safest
because you'll get cold spots.

Are you going to be there a while? Do you Own or only Rent?

If you answer Yes, we own and we don't plan to leave anytime soon, I'd
look into adding insulation. wherever it can be done economically and
easily. And not just the radiant foil sheeting, considering it's
manufacturing and needs to be easy to clean I'd look into Fiberglas
batts and something to mechanically hold it in place. You wouldn't
want to hang and maintain Drywall, and I've seen a web of baling wire
fail to hold it in place...

I'd think either 1/2" welded wire mesh or the diamond Chicken Wire,
and furring strips along the joists to hold it up. Or perhaps a full
pallet of the factory-primed Tempered Hardwood Pegboard so the
backside is primed, and you bomb the face side with an Airless and
some gloss white enamel when you get done hanging it.

And nail the sprinkler pipes with Red, Water with Blue, Gas with
Yellow, Compressed Air with Sky Blue, and the electrical conduits
with Orange or Smoke Grey while you're at it. The holes allow a bit
of ventilation to let moisture out (or the roof leak to drain through
to find it easier...) and you can poke through the holes to locate
the joists before screwing in new pipe hangers.

But I would think NO vapor barrier below the insulation (toward
occupied space) since there's no attic, on a flat roof you won't be
ventilating the space above it. But you'd better get a few more
opinions on that.

(Unless you start drilling holes in all the fireblocks and the eaves
and putting in the round Mini-Vents all over the place, leave a
ventilation gap above the batts, and rig something to ventilate out
at the ridge. Then you could put Tyvek Housewrap under the pegboard.)

And/Or you do the foam spray on roofing - that's insulation too.

Interesting how most of the transgressions on this poster for
JFK,

are the exact same complaints about Barack Hussein Obama.

Will history repeat itself?

Correct, it was for use on soft boiled eggs.

Do you think we are so dumb we can't scroll up a couple lines in our
readers in the same thread? You said:
|--
|-- 1) YOU said: "Obama's whole campaign pitch was a crock and a load, you =
|-- are saying It sounded good, but no plans to deliver one bit of it."

Not in this thread. No. If you want to deal with me on what I said,
it's insane for you to divide your fantasy attacks over multiple
threads. (It did let you call me a liar in a subject line and I assume
that let you get your rocks off.)

|-- 2) I linked you to a 13 page document containg 20 items per page =
|-- outlining promises Obama has kept, which you won't even look at....
|--
|-- 3) Which means you are fucking liar, as usual....

You said my not reading your 13 pages of propaganda (that can not
address the promises I wrote Obama broke simply because they are
examples of his NOT keeping his promises.)

Has he kept some promises? Certainly. I mentioned examples where he
did not.

Who is Obmama? Is he yo mama?

Is that why your kind blame Republicans for too much military spending. A
well equipped military makes us weak? Osama was one man and it's not worth
great expense to single him out as it is to weaken those who carry out his
deeds of evil. Obama only allowed actions of Bush to continue, Bush was
eventually successful but Obama was their to take the credit for what he had
nothing to do with, typical of liberals.

> You have nothing but lies. Obama care hasn't even begun fool.

He's on his 2nd term and hasn't begun? When is he planning to start? How
about this ObamaCare, for every 1 person that has attempted to sign on, 100
people have lost their coverage. Anyway, he's been president for 5 years,
isn't it about time for him to begin?

It certainly was a waste, ObamaCare delayed itself thanks to the moron
president and his moron voters.

Hey tard, saying "Shouldn't have a shutdown" is not the same as "We
shouldn't have shutdown", but I figure a daffy duck like you wouldn't have
