Link to an external Website from a picture in Google Maps

Hello everybody! I have a questiuon concerning Google Maps:

I want to set up a link from a picture on the google maps account to
an externel website.

Here you find an example:
http://maps.google.de/maps?hl=de&rlz=&=&q=google%20maps%20bild%20verlinke&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl

When you click on the picture an external website (this is not
Google!) opens:

How can I install that???
