[Google Maps API v2] What is collected in Google DB when using API

Hi!
I am looking to integrate the google maps api into a web application
my company is looking at deploying. I am curious what is collected/
stored in a google db regarding these data points. My concern is we
are looking at plotting highly sensitive information for our c level
execs and we need to understand the full back end storage/collection
before we proceed.
