Is that right? We'll see won't we? Tell you what, I bet that when Obama
is up for reelection in 2012 the country will be in much better shape
than when he got it. You think it will be worse off? Didn't you think
having a MBA oil man as our president would be a good thing? Didn't you
think Bush would do a good job as president and would make the country
better off than when he took over? All I can say is if you thought those
things you aren't much good at predictions. I said Bush would be a
disaster. I was right. Now I'm saying Obama will be a success. Let's see
who's right. I'm betting your prediction will suck just like before.

Leading climate expert admits global warming fraud
February 15, 8:56 AM
Conservative Examiner Robert Moon

pressure from Freedom of Information requests, top global warming
proponent Dr. Phil Jones now claims to have "lost" all the critical
data on which the infamous "hockey stick" chart was based. He is also
suddenly making shocking concessions devastating to the alarmist war
on science.

Top among them is that the world was actually warmer during Medieval
times...before man ever built his first factory or car. Hence, global
warming is a naturally-occurring, cyclical phenomenon...as reasonable,
fact-based skeptics have been saying since the beginning. Another key
admission was that, for the last 15 years, there has been no global
warming at all.

As the popular T-shirt reads, "Global Warming: It's the Sun, Stupid."

This comes just weeks after the U.N. was caught fabricating evidence
out of thin air to prop up this debunked hoax (as I noted here) and
two months after leading scientists began turning against it in droves
(as I noted here). This would be why most voters continue to reject
this astrology-like pseudo-science on its face.

-------------------------------------------------

These assholes have damaged real science immesurably.

I wasn't aware of such a tool at the time I made mine, which led to me
making it myself. It was pretty tight up in there, but if all I had was a
basin wrench I imagine I'd have found a way to get it to work.

LOL...and which one of us is ranting and foaming at their conservative

Psych testing would likely prevented you from owning a gun...and your
family and neighbors would be safer because of it.

I would disagrre Ig.

Psych testing could be a part of the process of buying a gun.

You take a drivers test and must meet certain medical requirements.

If you are a pilot, you take a test and must pass a physical.

Getting and passing a psych test could be part of the process.

FWIW...I love guns and have a significant number of them.

To me they are just one more specialized tool.

The continued misuse of guns by those who should not have them in the
first place places the rights of responsible gun owners in jepordy.

Nice work! We have only a couple techs at work who are up to "dead-
bugging" stuff that small with #30 wire. They do it fairly often when
someone screws up a layout or needs to add a part to a design.

I made a "part holder" for soldering small surface mount parts a while
back, and I've been thinking about turning it into a "product" for my
retirement. I won't get rich, but it would be fun to make. The actual
bit that holds the part down is currently a chunk of "orange stick". It
tolerates soldering temps, can be sharpened to suit and is disposable.

The catch is that orange sticks aren't ESD approved. I've been trying to
think of something that isn't too pricey that I could replace it with.
It needs to stand up to soldering temps, be static dissipative, and
thermally non-conducting. It should be moderately rigid, but soft enough
that it can be whittled or pointed. Something in ~ 3/16" diameter rod
would be perfect.

Does anyone know if I can buy carbon loaded teflon rod? Any other ideas
for a material?

Thanks!

You said if she donated her fee it would be against campaign finance
laws. I asked why since she isn't a candidate. As long she acts as an
individual or contributes to a PAC, she is fine. Ergo, the question
about if you donated to the Red Cross. You aren't a candidate either
