If you are continually abusing the service, I'm sure google can ban
you. But that probably didn't happen.

Don't do whatever it is you are doing to exceed the geocoding quota or
rate limit (I can't guess what that is from the information you have
provided) or use a different geocoding service that is more tolerant
of abuse.
